Smoked Turkey, Cheese & Cranberry Sandwiches

4 slices of Kokopelli's Navajo Sage Bread or Kokopelli's Brew Bread
1/4 lb. shaved or thinly sliced smoked turkey
2 slices provolone, muenster, or other mild cheese
3 Tbsp. softened cream cheese
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1/8 tsp. ground coriander
1 Tbsp. diced celery
1/8 tsp. white pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. whole cranberry sauce
Lettuce and/or alfalfa sprouts



To softened cream cheese, mix in mayonnaise, coriander, diced celery, pepper and salt. Spread on two slices of the bread. Top each slice with turkey, cheese, cranberry sauce, lettuce/sprouts and a slice of bread.
