Where do you ship from?
All of our orders are shipped out from Phoenix, Arizona.

Where do you ship to?
Currently we are shipping to all of the US, Canada and Europe.

What carriers do you use?
Our primary domestic carrier is United Parcel Service (UPS)-Ground. UPS requires a full street address. Orders shipped via UPS can be tracked online (orders shipped via USPS cannot be tracked).

For online orders, our primary international carrier is also UPS. However, USPS is usually much more cost effective - costs range widely and are dependent upon the speed of delivery.

I'm placing an international order and was shocked at the delivery rates. Are there any other options?
Definitely! Simply send us an e-mail (info@kokopelliskitchen.com) listing out your order and where it is to be delivered. DO NOT INCLUDE YOUR CREDIT CARD ADDRESS IN THE E-MAIL! We will send you an e-mail listing the options available so that you can select the one that best fits your timing & budget.

How long will it take to get my order?
For domestic orders, all in-stock orders should be received within 7-to-10 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Expedited service is also available via UPS. To discuss options and pricing, call us at 888.943.9802, Monday thru Friday 9 AM till 5PM, MST.

How can I check on the status of my shipment?
If your order was placed on-line and shipped via UPS, we'll e-mail you your shipment tracking number so that you can check its progress at UPS!

What if my shipment is late?
In the event of inclement weather or a natural disaster, delivery via any shipping method may be restricted or impossible. We cannot assume any responsibility in these instances. If you have provided us with a telephone number and/or an e-mail address, we will attempt to inform you of anything that we discover might interfere with your delivery. Please note that we cannot guarantee orders for which we have an incomplete or incorrect address.

What if my shipment was damaged?
In the case of a damaged shipment (which happens rarely), save everything including the shipping carton & report it to us as soon as possible (we might need to deliver the box to the carrier). We will get a replacement product out to you as soon as possible.
