Settler’s Harvest Soup is an adaptation of one given to Carol Cunkle by a dear friend. Very robust and yummy!

Serve hard sour dough rolls with this soup. If fact, if the rolls are large enough, slice off the top third, scoop out some of the bread & ladle in the thick soup. If any of you have been to Fisherman's Wharf in San Francisco, you'll know where Carol learned that trick.
