I made my loaf in my Zojirushi Bread Machine. I mixed the cottage cheese, egg and oil, my liquid, and added it to my machine. I gave the mix a quick whisk and added it to the liquid, turned the machine on and 3 hr, 40 minutes, later, had a nice loaf almost as big as my usual bread recipe. The Navajo Sage Recipe is delicious and fed me well!
