Typically, chili is a dish made with beans, or meat, or a combination of both. The variations are endless - there are as many as there are beans & cuts of meat.

We created our delicious chili using a combination of red beans & pinto beans. Our package provides you with all the herbs, spices & garnish you'll need for a complete pot of delectable chili! It is available in Mild and HOT! Heat levels!

• Chico's Mild: Although this is the mild variation of our chili, remember that since it is made in Arizona there is a bit of a bite! The heat factor on a scale of 1 (mild) to 10 (HOT!) is a 6. For Chili Con Carne, add 1/2 pound of your favorite lean beef, elk or venison.
• Chico's HOT!: Hot New Mexico pure chile powder & habanero chile powder are what really add the extra heat to this mix. It won't take the skin off your tongue but it is designed for the true hot pepper afficionado. All of our chile products come from New Mexico, down around Hatch. The heat factor on a scale of 1 (mild) to 10 (HOT!) is an 8.
