How can I find what I'm looking for?
It's easy! Click on our "Search" tab. Enter a keyword, phrase or product name into our search and click "search".

How do I change my order or cancel it?
Send an e-mail to our Order Desk. Or, if you prefer call our toll-free number (888.943.9802) and speak to someone about your order. Keep in mind that our goal is to get your orders out as quickly as possible, so there may be a chance that the order will have been shipped

I'm having trouble ordering online. What can I do?
If you've filled your shopping cart with your goodies, you can print out your order & fax it to us at 602.943.8740. Be sure to include your credit card number & expiration date. Or call our toll-free number (888.943.9802) to place your order - Monday thru Friday 9AM till 5PM, MST.
