We've put together a gift basket that makes a great, unique gift for that gourmet cook in your life. It contains Kokopelli’s Cook Book by James and Carol Cunkle, a fascinating collection of authentic Southwestern and American Indian recipes. Carol’s recipes evolved from years of feeding hungry archaeology participants. They are arranged into eleven complete meals, each identifying with the principal meats and vegetables utilized prehistorically. The book also contains more than 50 beautiful reproductions of Mimbres art that were hand-illustrated and interpreted by James.

In addition to the cookbook, the basket contains five of the authentic southwest ingredients that are needed to prepare some of Carol's recipes.

As an option (for an additional $10), we can also add a beautiful kitchen linen set with a Mimbres design from the Kokopelli’s Cook Book.

• ½ pound stone-ground blue cornmeal (needed for the Blue Corn Cakes w/Blueberry Sauce Recipe)
• ½ pound mesquite meal (needed for the Adobe Bread, Honeyed Applesauce and Peach Crisp Recipes)
