Kidney Bean Salad

1 16-oz. can kidney beans
2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. chopped red pepper
2 Tbsp. thinly-sliced onion
1 Tbsp. diagonally-sliced celery

Mix all ingredients together. Add 1/4 cup prepared Cumin-Cilantro Dressing. Arrange mixture on top of lettuce leaves. Refrigerate until serving time.
