Cumin-Cilantro Dressing/Dip

Preparation Instructions for Salad Dressing: Place 2 tablespoons water, 3/4 cup oil (vegetable or olive), 3 tablespoons lemon juice and 3 tablespoons vinegar in a jar with a tight-fitting lid. Add
Cumin-Cilantro Dressing seasoning packet. Cover and shake thoroughly. For fullest flavor, chill at least one hour. Shake well before using.
Preparation Instructions for Dip: Add 3/4 of the Cumin-Cilantro Dressing seasoning packet to 1 cup sour cream and 4 tablespoons mayonnaise. Mix well. For fullest flavor, chill at least one hour before serving.
Other Uses: Our Cumin-Cilantro Dressing/Dip seasoning packet can be used as a dry seasoning in a bean dip, sour cream dip, or as a taco flavoring.
Serving Suggestions: Wonderful on any kind of greens. Shredded cabbage, too. Try with our Kidney Bean Salad.
OR create a beautiful relish platter of mushrooms, wedged tomatoes, sliced jicama, green onions, and slightly steamed green beans. On a glass platter, arrange vegetables on top of lettuce leaves. Drizzle prepared Cumin-Cilantro Dressing over top. Refrigerate until serving time.
