The primary ingredients in our wholesome breads are enriched white, unbleached and wholewheat flours, and stoneground and enriched cornmeals. We use the finest available. To ensure freshness and quality, inventories are kept low, resulting in constant turnover of raw products. We've selected only the best dried fruits, including Washington cherries, Maine cranberries, Oregon blueberries and California currants. Premium fresh nuts and dried fruits are packaged separately from the grains to preserve freshness.
