Our famous Brew Bread Collection is the first product line developed by Kokopelli's Kitchen. We've created four gourmet breads:
Our Brew Breads are defined as a QUICK BREAD--easy, fast & convenient. Simply add 12 ounces of your favorite beer - the darker the beer the darker the bread. The yeast in the beer makes the bread rise. Alcohol content bakes out, leaving only the flavor. The texture is not light like French or Italian bread, or heavy like some with many grains. Rather, more the texture of English muffin bread. The combination of fruits & nuts result in a moist, slightly sweet flavored bread that is not only scrumptious but nutritious. Absolutely delicious toasted with your favorite jam or jelly. A thoughtful gift for a busy person.
