Product Description

The subtle flavor of a mole made from cocoa, green bell peppers & New Mexico chiles make for the legendary taste. For centuries, cultures from South & Central America, the Yucatan, Mexico and Cuba all have had their versions of black bean dishes. Not to be outdone, we offer what we think measures up. Cocoa is integral - not a lot, just enough for people to ask "What is it I taste in there?" We've embellished it further with sun-dried tomatoes & crushed New Mexico red chiles.

Try this rich soup as your main dish - simply cook down to desired consistency. Serve with rice. Or, try using in tostados & burritos - we tell you how in our product information.
