Typically, chili is a dish made with beans, or meat, or a combination of both. The variations are endless - there are as many as there are beans & cuts of meat.

Our quick & easy version of our delicious Chico's Chili is made with pinto beans - but, best yet, it's ready in 20 minutes! Our package provides you with all the herbs, spices & garnish you'll need for a complete pot of delectable chili! It’s available in Mild and HOT! Heat levels!

  • Chico’s Mild: Although this is the mild variation of our chili, remember that since it is made in Arizona there is a bit of a bite! The heat factor on a scale of 1 (mild) to 10 (HOT!) is a 6.
  • Chico’s HOT!: Hot New Mexico pure chile powder & habanero chile powder are what really add the extra heat to this mix. It won't take the skin off your tongue but it is designed for the true hot pepper afficionado. All of our chile products come from New Mexico, down around Hatch. The heat factor on a scale of 1 (mild) to 10 (HOT!) is an 8.

If there are leftovers (a dubious assumption), try this: Spoon one-half of our Pueblo Corn Bread batter in a baking pan. Spread one cup of heated Chico's Chili Beans over this, then spread the remaining batter over the beans. Bake as corn bread recipe directs. Scrumptious!

Is there a difference between CHILI powder and CHILE powder? You bet. Chili powder has been adulterated with spices such as oregano & cumin, while chile powder is pure, ground from any number of varieties of chiles.
